Use DOMTextScanner (#536)
* Use DOMTextScanner instead of TextSourceRange.seek*

* Move getNodesInRange to dom.js

* Move anyNodeMatchesSelector to dom.js

* Remove unused functions

* Update tests

* Add layoutAwareScan option

* Use layoutAwareScan for source and sentence scanning

* Remove unused IGNORE_TEXT_PATTERN
