* Remove debug info
* Trigger onOptionsUpdated instead of formWrite when profile changes
* Update how Anki field changes are observed
* Update how general.enableClipboardPopups setting is changed
* Change where ankiTemplatesUpdateValue occurs
* Change where onDictionaryOptionsChanged occurs
* Remove unused global declarations
* Remove stray data attribute
