Fix japanese codepoint range issues (#1960)

* Add CJK_COMPATIBILITY_IDEOGRAPHS_RANGE

* Rename CJK_UNIFIED_IDEOGRAPHS_RANGES => CJK_IDEOGRAPH_RANGES

* Simplify isKana check

* Update tests
