Fix primary audio source (#886)

* Add abstraction: _getDefinitionPrimaryExpressionAndReading

* Reuse existing definitions in a sequence

* Revert change to related definition source/rawSource/sourceTerm

* Update _getDefinitionPrimaryExpressionAndReading to return best match
